Can I buy extensions without an appointment?

Yes, you can order your extensions directly from our website. You can choose between home delivery in Switzerland and France or in-store pickup (without service).

What are the preparation and delivery times?

Orders are generally prepared within 24 hours. Delivery takes 5 to 10 days depending on the payment method chosen. To receive your order faster, pay by TWINT or REVOLUT .

Do you offer other colors besides 1B (dark brown)?

Yes, but only upon request. Before placing your order, please email your request for the desired color. We will confirm as soon as possible whether the color is available or not. Please note that additional time or fees may apply for custom colors.

Are the extensions reusable?

Yes, our extensions are PREMIUM quality. They can be reused multiple times and last up to two years if properly maintained.
