Do you have a performance planned at the studio?

After confirming your choice, place your order directly on the site by selecting the “Pick up in store” option .

Your extensions will be received and prepared (washed, dried, etc.) within 5 working days at the studio (if you pay with Twint/Revolut) and ready for your appointment.

Are you ordering for personal use only (without services)?

You have two options:

• The "Pick up in store" option allows you to avoid delivery fees. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

• You can also provide your delivery address to receive your package directly at home.

⏱️ Processing times depending on the payment method:

• ✅ Payment by TWINT :

Your order is processed immediately and shipped within 5 business days .

• ⏳ Payment via Klarna (payment in installments or within 30 days depending on your eligibility) :

Processing takes longer. You will receive your order within 10 business days .

📧 After validation of your order, you will automatically receive an email with all payment instructions .
